Ooops. I got too close to my subject (hence the out of focus issue) and I guess I didn't let my camera adjust to get the proper exposure (because honestly, I don't know where that crazy light came from) but answer me here ...how cool is this??
Or is it just me?

Do you see how easily this blog could slip into the Tracey show? Do you? Don't worry, I can't go there. ClubMom will have none of it. You'll notice my blog here is listed under 'Photography and Art'. OK, well, I'd better get back to work.

You inspired me to go through my iPhoto library looking for blurry photos that I love in all their fuzziness. Geez. I ended up with a huge huge album of the blurries. I might have to switch to flickr pro just to post all those photos in a set.

And The Tracy Show wouldn't be a bad thing. After all, posting photos and explaining how they went right or wrong or accidentally perfect, is a lot of fun to read.

That blue eye! I love it!
Here's a question for you: my husbnad and both of my sons wear glasses, all time, so photographing them is problematic. When I use a flash, I often get a glare in the lenses; when I don't, I get the blur (okay, not so much with the husband, who knows to HOLD STILL, but you get the idea).
Any good strategies (beyond having them take the glasses off) for getting really good pictures of my sweet Four Eyes Family?

One of my favorite pictures is on the banner of my "other" blog http://unretouchedphoto.com . . . on the top right. See my husband and me? Technically, that photograph is a mess. But I love it. :)

Mel, I adore that picture! ANd Susan, about the glasses. Well, I gotta think on that. I do have some thoughts but it'll take some thinking and I'm not in think mode tonight. Please remind me to answer that question soon!
