The other day I posted about "those pictures" of our kids that stop us in our tracks. The ones that speak perfectly of who are children are and what they're about. As I wrote that I was thinking of a group of shots I took of my youngest daughter just the evening before. She was getting ready for bed when she put her flower hat on and spotted her "dancing shoes". I couldn't deny her "just one dance before bed".
Iris is wild. And crazy. She's bright and amazingly quick witted. She's beyond hilarious and has the most contagious laugh I've ever heard. She's charismatic and can cast a spell on anyone she chooses. She's magnetic; a soul that people long to be close to. She's her own girl and nobody else's. She makes her own decisions and never waivers. She is sneaky but sincere, cunning but caring, sensitive but razor sharp. She balances her many attributes effortlessly and without faltering. She is a complex creature bursting with passion, intensity, and truth. And she's got a feel for fashion like I've never seen.
And moves...sister's got moves.

Wow, if this doesn't inspire "happy feet," I don't know what would.
Also makes me want to play dress up. (An EXTREMELY rare occurance.)
So go, IRIS (and thanks for sharing, Tracey)!
