Speaking of Contests and Prizes

How does a prize of a $2,500 shopping spree sound?? And to think I was all excited about the notecards. Sheesh. Well, since I'm not made of money, I'm not able to offer the big-bucks prizes. But Bounce is. You know, Bounce? As in clean, fresh laundry? ClubMom and Bounce and doing a photo contest that has just started. Hooray for contests! Here's the link with all the rules, dates, etc.

Now, what I want you to do is make a mama proud (meaning me). I really want to see one of you moms as the one who walks away with the shopping spree. Wouldn't that be cool??? So flex your photography muscles and submit one of the fantastic photos of your kids. There's even an online album where you can see all the submissions, which is pretty cool. That means not only can you see what's being entered but I can check up to see if you all have submitted. How about this...to make it easy on me (thanks in advance), and to show me how very loyal you are to the photo cause (thanks again), comment here (any post will do) and tell me you've entered. Kay?? OK then, game on!

And speaking of contests...

The Mom Trap has a really good one happening. They are in the final phase now, where you moms get to vote for the mom most worthy of winning Kristen's ClubMom points and using them for something totally indulgent, like Merry Maids or Spa Finder. Good stuff over there so check it out and vote.

OH, and one more thing...how about winning a ROOMBA vacuum robot? Yea, you heard me right. I HAVE ONE and it's my most favorite pet ever. Yes, we do treat it like a pet. We talk to it and everything. It's a super helpful little guy and YOU could have one too if you visit Minti.com. Go for it! What mom doesn't deserve a little help from a friendly robot?

I plan on entering the photo contest; however, my real reason for commenting is to say how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Roomba, too! I love the way it can clean under my sofas and coffee table - no more dragging furniture and heavy vacuum cleaner. Huge time saver for busy moms.

Hello. I have entered my son in the contest. I wasn't sure what they're looking for. THe judging said composition, creativity, and suitability for use in advertisement but they don't go into detail. Can anyone perhaps enlighten me on what type of photos they are looking for because I can change it before the contest ends. Thanks!
