I've got the winners post all written and yet, for some strange reason, it won't post. Seriously. My other computer has frozen. And so, I am writing to ask for your patience as you eagerly await the contest results.
I considered playing the mommy-card this morning anyway after yesterday's allotted work time was stolen from me (as it so often is) but my sick toddler (it's been almost three weeks now) and my pediatrician's decision to call yesterday and demand to see her and do some basic blood work, etc. That pretty much gobbled up my day as fast as my kids can gobble up Halloween candy. And now today...more of the same. In fact, I I don't hurry up and post this apology note I'm not even going to get a shower in before yet another Dr. appt. I'll be sure to share any answers that I get amidst all this.
SO, forgive this mother (most of you are moms so I know you get it) for having to shrug her duties and give you the post you are waiting for soon, very soon...just not right now.
I love you for it.

Apology accepted!
Can't wait for the next contest!

I'm sorry she's still sick, poor thing. I hope you get some answers and she starts feeling better very soon.

I hope they figure out what's wrong with your little girl. Keep us posted and I hope that she feels better soon!

I have a 3 week sick little girl too (ear infections). Giving your circumstances, you can be forgiven anything. Sick kids are the worst. Hope the dr can help.

Ugh. A no-shower day. Somehow I thought those days would be gone once I no longer had a teeny baby around. How could I have been so deluded? I hope the ped's visit sheds some light. That's a long time to be sick when you're little.
