Today's image is for my precious Grandma. I spend the day with her today in the hospital. We spoke of family and health, of the girls, of sports, food, vacations, and flowers. She asked about my yard and if our flowers were blooming and she shared her delight that her iris's have come up again this year, as they always do.
I am thinking of her and of her iris's and looking forward to the day we can sit in her backyard again in the warm sunshine and speak of all these things and more.
Is there anyone you'd like to dedicate your Best Shot to? If so, be sure to mention them in your comment and be sure to let them know you are thinking of them.

I'd love if J's first mom could see him. I dedicate this photo to her--wherever she is.

We're lucky to have my parents live near us. But we still have family all over the country who ask for more pictures of the girls. I dedicate this to all of those we love but can't see often.

For my dad, who is in the hospital for the foreseeable future. He always told me that everyone should hang out barefoot in the grass every so often.

Beautiful Tracey!
I dedicate mine to my daughter's birth parents. While they could not take care of her themselves, they gave my beautiful daughter LIFE and I couldn't be happier because of it...

To my sister, who is graduating high school in a few weeks and taught me so much this weekend by allowing me to do her senior photo shoot!

I dedicate this to my Grandma Rose. the picture really does speak a thousand words. she is well cared for and content with moments of conscious happiness yet there is a loneliness that comes with confusion and memory loss. She is soon to be 99 yr. old, june 24, and still looks beautiful.

For my daughter, who sometimes still finds it hard not to be the only child anymore: you are irreplaceable.

For my grandpa, also in the hospital. They didn't think he was going to go back home, but he should be breaking free today! I think his great granddaughters are his most proud accomplishment.

Beautiful shot and dedication Tracey.
I dedicate my BSM pic to all the parents out there who turn away doing what's easy for doing what's right. (Read my blog, you'll understand.) :)

What a beautiful photo and tribute to your grandmother. I wish I had something more sentimental to share this week, but it wasn't that kind of weekend. So here's what I have. Happy Monday, everyone!

I dedicate mine to my father, who was working hard at my house while I was over at his house playing with the boys.
He's done a great deal for us in preparation to put our house on the market, so here is the photo that he missed seeing in person:

Almost 5 years ago my in-laws helped me plant these tulips... my very favorites. (I'm no gardener so I needed HELP) They still look beautiful when they come in... although I think I'll be asking my in-laws for some more assistance this fall when we'll need to do new bulbs!
