Today's image is for my precious Grandma. I spend the day with her today in the hospital. We spoke of family and health, of the girls, of sports, food, vacations, and flowers. She asked about my yard and if our flowers were blooming and she shared her delight that her iris's have come up again this year, as they always do.
I am thinking of her and of her iris's and looking forward to the day we can sit in her backyard again in the warm sunshine and speak of all these things and more.
Is there anyone you'd like to dedicate your Best Shot to? If so, be sure to mention them in your comment and be sure to let them know you are thinking of them.

I LOVE your photo today. You're so lucky to still have your grandma. She sounds sweet and wonderful. I know I'm late, but still wanted to play. http://dailyrelish.squarespace.com/journal/2007/4/30/best-shot-monday.html

Beautiful photo, Tracey. It really made me think of my own Grandmother, who loves flowers. My BSM is for my husband, who make my belly laugh every Sunday morning. :)

Family is so important...
This is a photo of my almost 94 year old grandmother who we visit every year in Texas(this year it was for Easter)....my hand on hers....its crazy how similar our wedding rings are...she is a wonderful happy spirit. I am thankful to have time with her and most important...my kids know her and will hold a place in their hearts for her forever.

My grandmother will be 94 on May 3rd...she is an amazing woman. We see her once a year...this year for Easter. I am so thankful to spend time with her and especially for my kids to have time and make memories with her to hold in their hearts forever.
