For the last few weeks things have felt a bit out of control around here. With so much running around and juggling (above the norm) it's been hard for me to get my bearings. In other words, I'm all over the map. Summer is great and all but what comes with it is the lack of routine that always has me feeling anchor-less.
This shot of my oldest (a la my lensbaby) embodies those feelings of trying to rise above the chaos while I struggle with balancing all of the elements of life as they are coming at me at what seems like warp speed. Anyone feeling the same way?
What made you decide on Best Shot this week?

No best shot for me this week, since I finally got Part 2 of Henry's story up,
http://hankandwillie.wordpress.com, (and I need to wrap this up and write part 3!)
but I'm reading these comments and completely agreeing about cramming so much into summer--it's wonderful and exhausting at the same time.
Now I'm going to drink my coffee and enjoy my guilty pleasure, going through all your comments to see YOUR BSM! I'll have one to post next week, for sure.

I taught him how to "put his arms up" and I just can't help myself now ... I ask him all the time, but he smiles every time. My little boy is growing up too fast!

I love the curls. Such a pretty shot.
Mine is here: http://www.dillier.net/2007/06/best-shot-monda.html
I chose this one because I'd just shaved my son's hair into a stubby mohawk (going for a silly summer do) and thought I'd made a huge mistake, but turns out, he loved it. He's 2, he's not that picky.

That's an awesome picture of your daughter.
Mine is nothing special technically, but it was taken about 20 minutes ago and I can still hear the giggles.

Tracey, great shot. I gotta get me a lens baby - they're fantastic!
I chose my BSM this week because I wish I could be as colorful as the subject in my photo. :)
