Three for Thursday

We all love to play Yatzee around here. And who knew it'd be a game that could cover the entire span of ages of our family? My oldest and I play by the rules (large straights, small straights, rolling for threes, full houses, Yatzee!, etc) while my youngest rolls the dice and shouts out Yatzee phrases at random. My favorite is when she yells, "open house!". I don't have the heart to correct her. Once she throws her THREE rolls, she likes to add little circles in the score pad squares. It's really cute!

Yahtzee, I forgot about it. My boys love board games, so thanks for the reminder. This shot works "three" for me...love the composition and colors.

Ohhhh I love Yahtzee!!! We used to play it all of the time, with my grandma, who would cheat by turning the die over when we all "weren't looking." Too bad we always saw her! :)

I enjoyed "playing" around with three this week as well!!
Board games are a blast! My family was totally involved in trivia games until we started having kids, then it was back to the board! What is so fun is watching them have fun!
